We are looking for a Game Producer to lead and coordinate the development of our game projects from concept to release. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and oversee game development projects end-to-end
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Game Designers, Developers, Artists, QA, Sound)
  • Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and production roadmaps
  • Track progress, identify risks, and resolve production issues
  • Ensure clear communication between teams and stakeholders
  • Manage scope, priorities, and production timelines
  • Support testing, polishing, and release processes
  • Ensure the game aligns with the creative vision and business goals

Requirements & Qualifications
Required Skills :
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Solid understanding of the game development pipeline
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • A people personal
Technical & Industry Knowledge :
  • Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine (conceptual understanding is sufficient)
  • Understanding of Agile / Kanban / Scrum workflows
  • Experience using project management tools (Jira or similar)
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience shipping at least 3 games (mobile, PC, or web)
  • 1–3 years of experience in game development, production, or project coordination
  • Experience in roles such as QA, Game Designer, Developer, or Project Coordinator is a plus
Nice to Have
  • Passion for games and interactive experiences
  • Scrum Master or Agile certification
  • Familiarity with GNH
