This role is ideal for someone with experience, emotional intelligence, and a deep commitment to wellbeing and collaboration—someone excited to help a young company thrive under conscious leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1/ Foster harmony and autonomy across self-organizing teams
2/ Align the company’s strategic goals with inner wisdom (“gaan”) and the broader vision of the CEO
3/Lead and champion wellbeing initiatives, mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical
4/ Drive individual and team performance, targeting 80%+ task success rates
5/ Oversee team welfare, HR budgets, and improvements to our shared workspaces
6/ Play a key role in recruitment, internal events, and local/global community-building efforts
7/ Contribute to or lead purpose-aligned business development and strategic projects
